The Laureate Level offers a special opportunity for life membership to the Dean’s Circle. Life membership is available by endowing a fund that produces discretionary support. This type of endowment will continue to touch lives in perpetuity.
* With the exception of the Laureate level membership, all amounts total unrestricted giving within the college’s fiscal year, September 1 through August 31.Collectively, Dean’s Circle members create the primary source of unrestricted funds for the College of Liberal Arts. Their gifts provide vital support to meet the college’s most pressing needs and to seize opportunities as they arise. Making an unrestricted gift is one of the most effective ways to make a difference in the life of the college.
We rely on the generosity of our alumni and friends who support the college’s mission. The state now provides less than 18% of the university’s operating budget. The decline in state support has come at a time when the college has undergone considerable expansion and has grown increasingly competitive on the national and international stages. Private investment from the college’s community is more important than ever to foster the programs, scholarships and research that help shape the leaders of tomorrow.
